Since 2010, I have been developing and implementing learning experiences for in person and remote learners. This site includes my resume and a projects I have created throughout the years. As a high school and middle school math teacher, I created interactive assignments of a digital and physical nature to spark student interest and engagement.
I earned my Bachelor's of Science with a major in middle school education and a minor in mathematics from Longwood University in 2010. I enjoyed creating content during my time in the classroom that I returned to school in 2017. I earned my Master's of Education in 2020 from the University of Virginia with a major in Curriculum and Instruction and a concentration in Instructional Technologies.
I work mostly with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel). I have utilized Learning Management Systems throughout my career, Google Classroom, Blackboard, Canvas, and Edmodo. I have over 20 hours of LinkedIn Learning trainings for Adobe products and over 20 hours for Articulate, Camtasia, and HTML.
