Maria Mollfulleda

I have one year of experience in Development Operations, three years in Partnerships, and over a decade in education. I’m passionate about building strong relationships, improving systems, and supporting mission-driven goals. I’m currently pursuing my MBA to strengthen my leadership and strategic management skills.

I currently serve in Development Operations at Food For The Poor, where I coordinate cross-departmental campaigns and improve systems that support donor engagement. Before this role, I spent three years in Partnerships, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration. Earlier in my career, I worked over a decade in education, developing communication, leadership, and mentoring skills that continue to shape how I work today.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico and am currently pursuing my MBA at Western Governors University, focusing on leadership and strategic management. My academic foundation has strengthened both my people-centered approach and my ability to design efficient processes that support organizational growth.
