The Manager of Onboarding is responsible for both day-to-day operations and strategic development of the department. This role should be versed in all aspects of the vendor management life cycle, client requirements, and other aspects of the Onboarding and Training Department. They will be the accountable party for all results within the department and be the face of the department at client presentations, industry events, and within internal leadership meetings.

The Manager of Onboarding is responsible for managing the life cycle of employees including promotions, continuing education, and other HR-related functions within their department.
