Picker/Packer - Wholesale Clothing Warehouse at S&S Activewear (2020-09 – 2025-03)
- My duties were to accurately and swiftly fill customer orders. Products/Inventory were stored on many levels of shelving throughout the warehouse. I was required to operate a cart known as a "packing mule" as well as equipment in the bagging and shipping areas.
- Our performance was measured by the amount of lines we could complete each day and how many errors were made during our shift. I was labeled a level 2 picker for my ability to be quick and accurate. I was also a team lead at one point due to my reputation of being a hard working and valuable employee.
Customer Service Representative at TSYS (2018-09 – 2020-06)
- I was responsible for handling customer questions or issues regarding their credit card account with Mercury Card. I performed tasks such as billing questions, payments, address changes, ect. I always stayed on script, followed procedure and typically used 2 to 3 dierent lines at a time during phone calls.
Customer Service Associate at Target (2016-10 – 2018-07)
- I assisted customers with questions pertaining to products regarding locating and or purchasing. I was the cashier on the front line as needed. I also worked the floor in the clothing department which also required me to manage the fitting rooms. I was required to keep a clean and organized environment, to make sure the clothing was neat and organized and displayed to company standards, I assisted with fielding phone calls to dierent departments as well as making closing announcements each night and night closing cleaning duties.
