I have been fortunate to have gained over 30+ years of Customer Service Management, Training and Facilitation experience with some of the top rated “most elite” companies, in the Cruise Travel, Hotel and Tourism Industries: Sitmar Cruises, Princess Cruises, Disney Parks, Southwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, and various hotel chains.
My energetic personality and enjoyment relating to people, blended with my talent to defuse negative customer perceptions and turn their disappointment into a positive experience, is my passion.
I have a history in the entertainment industry as well. I am a current member of SAG/AFTRA performing in Commercials, Film and Television.
My travel experience includes: All the Americas (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada), Caribbean (Eastern & Western), Great Britain, Europe, South Pacific, and Extensively throughout Australia/New Zealand.
