● Facilitated and reported on CLO’s fundraising and purchasing activities related to morale-enhancing and inter-embassy events at Embassy Moscow.
● Supervised the intern position by identifying employee strengths and interests to create level-appropriate job tasks and projects.

● Analysed and synthesized 17 federal government agencies’ reports to compose a 600-page Olympic Playbook delineating U.S. government operations in the areas of security, logistics, and sports diplomacy for the visiting Secretary of State staff’s reference.
● Published a 32-page orientation guide to Rio de Janeiro for arriving employees, some of which was posted online on the #USinRio blog.
● Provided customer service and administrative assistance during onboarding for over 300 US government employees arriving in Rio during the 2016 Olympics.
● Compiled two-hour orientation to provide medical, safety, and occupational information about Rio 2016 to over 100 US employees.
● Filmed and edited 30-second advertisement to recruit candidates for the US Consulate’s hiring campaign
