• I assess and monitor students’ literacy skills based on individual needs.
• I perform progress monitoring of struggling students.
• I coordinate with teachers and offer advice to help meet the needs of all students.
• I implemented and continue to run a school-wide reading incentive program.
• I work to ensure the Read By Grade 3 state mandates are implemented at our school.

I have taught children from pre-K to fourth grade and been a literacy coach for teacher in a K-8 school.

I have a masters degree in Education with a reading endorsement. I use my degree to help students learn to read and relate reading to life.
