Ive worn a couple difrent hats. my favorite hat, construction. I love what I do and all that comes with it. I get it done. My motto, “lets do something. Even if its wrong.” Wrong decisions are better than indecision, with respect to not being rash…balance.
I have been in leadership positions since a young age. Head busboy at 15, first management position in a fortune 500 co. at 21. I lead. I take responsibility. I'm not afraid to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them, and not to proud to ask for coaching. Nobody knows it all.
