As an Instructional Designer I am in control of assessing needs and creating training material (i.e., live trainings, online trainings, eLearning modules, job aids, etc.) on a case-by-case basis while also maintaining existing training material.

This entails conducting a needs analysis with applicable stakeholders, working with subject-matter experts throughout the design and development process, implementing the trainings, and evaluating the effect (both short-term and long-term).
