Michael Maus

I have worked in the IT industry for the last 20+ years. In those years I have worked in several different environments from Sports and Entertainment to Life Insurance to Manufacturing. In working in so many different environments, I have learned how to work with the needs of different departments and different organization types while donning many hats in the processes. These areas have ranged from desk side user support to server and network build, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Due to my extensive time in this career field, I have acquired very reliable troubleshooting, time management, and organization skills.

I have accrued over 25 years as a help desk technician, systems administrator, tier 3 support engineer, network and systems administrator and my most recent position as a network engineer. I have worked in many different type of industries from sports and leisure at Tepper Sports and Entertainment and Joe Gibbs Racing. I have working in manufacturing environments at Trutegra. I have also worked in the more white collar area of IT at Microsoft and Equitable Life Insurance.

I acquired my high school diploma at Olympic High School in Charlotte NC. I then attended East Carolina University for two year working towards a degree in computer science but then went down the certification career path and continued my education with A+ and MCSE certifications as well as other company specific certification which ever was most relevant to my position at the time.
