Over the last 10 years I have built a career as a Human Resource Manager focused on aligning people strategies with business growth. I have in a variety of different capacities, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting talent and improving engagement. My journey has been defined by curiosity, adaptability, and a deep commitment to making workplaces more purposeful and impactful.
I hold a master’s degree in human resource development, from Western Michigan University, where I deepened my understanding of Human Resources and leadership development. My bachelor’s, from Aquinas Collete, in Communications laid a strong foundation in interpersonal communications, public speaking, and effective messaging—skills that continue to shape my approach to HR leadership and culture-building.
