As part of the PMO, managed all of the IT components of their first commercial drug launch in the United States. This included the implementation of many applications, including BI/Analytics (ZS REVO), CRM (Veeva) and Finance (Concur).
This was a $5M+ project involving a team of 30 people which also included vendors.
