I work as a HR Assistant at a law firm right now. I am dedicated to my work, but when I need to step up, I can be a leader. In addition, as leader and a co-worker, I listen to ideas, suggestions, questions, and concerns from any of our employees.
I started work as a legal assistant previously, but since I always wanted to work with people and for the employees' satisfaction, I went into HR, hoping that I could be the bridge between the employer and the employees.
