I currently supervise other board certified behavior analysts under me to ensure high clinical quality and client progress through quality assurance checklists, treatment plan audits and active, ongoing collaboration with the staff. I also help lead a team of 30 direct therapists by providing initial and ongoing training and supervision, leading and facilitating clinical growth conversations and help maintain operational standards in the clinic. Experience in salesforce and central reach.
4 years as a self-contained special education teacher in a title 1 school, 4 years a board certified behavior analyst, 1 year as Senior Director of Clinical Services. Experience with in-home, clinic and school based services.
I have.a Masters in Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis.
