Mrs. Lonia Lyle

I am a full-time music teacher in Cincinnati City School District. I'm a Minister, wife, mother, and grandmother. I always work in the summer, yet this summer I didn't want to work with children. I wanted something new. Something where I can meet people, and enjoy moving around. I am also in grad school working on my Master's in Reading and Literacy K-5. So I'm looking for a part-time job to keep busy, and not fall into a lazy lifestyle.

I worked in retail in my younger years when I lived in Columbus, as well as Cincinnati. I worked in the ‘90s at Value City as a shoe sales clerk. I was there for about 2 years before I was married to my first husband.

I worked at Cache in Columbus for 3 years, as well as working at Gantos. I was a sales clerk working for a commission. Then in 1997, I moved back to Cincinnati due to my husband passing. When I returned to Cincinnati I applied to Cincinnati Public Schools and I’ve been teaching as a Long-Term for about 20 years.

I graduated from Hughes High School, then after that, I graduated from Central State University in 1993, and now I'm in Grad school.
