About

With over 18 years in the insurance industry — including 16 years in Subrogation and 13.5 years focused on recovery — I specialize in MedPay, Bodily Injury, and Personal Injury Protection claims. At Nationwide, I built a reputation for precision, strategic thinking, and results-driven recovery, consistently exceeding benchmarks while supporting a customer-first philosophy.

I managed 700+ complex medical recovery claims across eight jurisdictions, collaborating with legal counsel and internal teams to develop tailored recovery strategies. My expertise spans policy interpretation, state statute application, and high-impact negotiation.

As a Subject Matter Expert, I provided technical guidance on MedPay and PIP protocols, co-led peer training, and developed onboarding presentations that strengthened team proficiency and cross-functional collaboration. I was one of two peers who formally led live training sessions for our First Party Medical claims partners, while also helping create the supporting materials.

I thrive in environments that value compliance, innovation, and service excellence — and I’m passionate about driving measurable results through smarter recovery strategies and continuous process improvement.

Now actively expanding into Workers’ Compensation claims and recovery, I bring transferable expertise in medical coordination, litigation strategy, and jurisdictional nuance. I’m seeking opportunities where I can apply my leadership, training, and technical strengths to make a meaningful impact.
