I’m a senior Release Manager and Technical Program Manager with over 20 years of experience leading complex, high-risk releases across large enterprise environments. I specialize in release governance, CI/CD maturity, and cross-team coordination, making sure multiple scrum teams ship reliably, on time, and with minimal disruption. I’ve worked across regulated and fast-moving environments, partnering closely with engineering, product, security, and operations to manage risk and keep delivery predictable.
