Hi I am Nathaly, I am a bilingual speaker fluent in English and Spanish. Spanish is my native language since I come from hispanic origin, Cuban Chinese, and Colombian. I am passionate about helping others, providing accurate feedback , and live interpretation in order to diminish the limits of language barriers. Communication provides the foundations of any successful establishment therefore providing a gateway between two different languages is crucial. Because I have taken legal studies courses in middle school, I am well familiar with complex terminology and I can provide translation for that specified field as well. Culturally, I study a lot of herbal medicine so I am also familiar with medical terminology and physiological academic subjects regarding health science. I am able to provide interpretation in detail and accuracy within subjects that require complex structures of communication.
I worked at a remote inbound call center with Cutco cutlery, a sales product line. I am familiar with the mechanisms of a remote job, I also had to assist with interpretation. I have had to assist in interpretation in many retail customer service oriented positions and resteraunt jobs.
