My name is Nicholas Perkins. I’m a passionate creative who loves cooking and thrives through hard work. I have 10 years of experience ( 4 of which has been spent cooking ) satisfying the needs of both my guests and employer, delivering a quality dining experience and being a proactive self starter who can be productive in any area of the kitchen.

Throughout my professional tenure thus far, I have continued to perfect my customer service skills and focus in the kitchen. Looking to leverage my skills and experience in a space where I am able to grow and develop.
