• Plan Routes for daily operations on a nightly basis using DRO (Dynamic Route Optimization) every week night, Review route commitments in DRO every day and ensure Routes are designed and ran for Optimal efficiency, ensure that vehicles are parked in their appropriate and designated spots for loading, communicate any changes to parking spots with AWAD via email, and ensure scanners and ground cloud devices are charged hundred percent
• Ensure Drivers are logged into ground cloud and perform pre trip and log into scanner at station, also ensure Drivers are ready to help with loading if needed due to station sorting issues
• Give drivers pick up slips and Dispatch routes in ground cloud
• Monitoring routes and arranging rescues/rescuing yourself if late (15 packages per route)
• Find replacement or run a route if anyone no shows
• Ensure Drivers compliance in ground cloud, watched videos, coach daily based on score cards
• Managed a team of 25 employees
