I am a creative, community-driven, and detail-oriented team player with 7+ years of marketing, sales, customer service, and management experience in restaurants, young businesses, special events, and the performing arts.
I began my customer service career working in retail management at Pure Detroit, a small business specializing in localized craft goods, but have spent most of my career in restaurants with front-of-house serving, bartending, management, and hybrid leadership roles. Most notably, I was the taproom manager at Ferndale Project Brewery during its first year of business, where I was responsible for organizing covid-safe opening efforts for the taproom and spearheaded the inventory management and training regimens for curbside pickup and delivery teams. I also managed concession bars at Greenhouse Theater Center for one and a half years where I handled hiring, scheduling, training, and menu development to push target product catering to a revolving door of renters and audiences, effectively doubling our bar sales.
I received a BFA in Theater with a concentration on acting and a minor in Dance from Wayne State Unviersity in 2018.
