Highly skilled and experienced Histotechnician with HT (ASCP) certification. 16 years’ experience as a Histotechnician. Graduate of NAACLS accredited Histotechnology program. Searching for a Histotechnician position, where I am able to contribute my skills and knowledge, while also learning new skills for technical proficiency, information technology, and organizational development.
Processing, Embedding, Microtomy, Special Stains, IHC, Titrations, Frozen Sections, MOHS, Muscle Bx’s, Reagent preparation, Grossing (derm tissue, and small biopsies), Maintenance and Documentation of all Lab Equipment, QC and Compliance Training. Accurate, reliable, diligent, and focused on timely completion of all lab procedures/requests while producing high quality results. Work well under pressure and under time constraints within high-volume environments.
