I’ve been a working professional since I am a quick learner; have natural customer service abilities, been recognized by Marriott with a Spirit To Serve award for guest satisfaction and I’m familiar with Lightspeed, PMS and Opera. I also tend to get along great with my coworkers.
I’ve had a variety of jobs in my life and I adapted very well to each one, but mainly it’s been customer service oriented positions from retail to U.S. Government agencies. Been able to build great working relationships as well.
I went to community college for business management and although I was not able to complete my AA, I learned a lot.
