I recently graduated from Trinity University with a major in psychology and a minor in sport management. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education in Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology at Boston University's Wheelock College. My experience as a student-athlete has fueled my passion for sports and mental health, and I am excited to join a field that combines these two interests!
I have a diverse professional background in sport psychology, leadership, and international experiences. Currently, I’m a Mental Performance Coach intern at MIT, where I’m building on my previous leadership roles as Co-Captain of the Women’s Soccer Team and Female Student Representative of the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee at Trinity University. During my time at Trinity, I also gained project management and cross-cultural communication skills while studying abroad in London.
In addition, I worked as an Office Manager for Sport Psychology by Carrie Hastings, where I further developed organizational and administrative skills. I’ve also had the opportunity to consult in sport philanthropy and represent The Basketball Embassy as an Invited Delegate in Uzbekistan. These experiences reflect my dedication to leadership, mental performance, and leveraging the global influence of sports.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sport Management from Trinity University, where I combined my academic focus with leadership roles, including Co-Captaining the Women's Soccer Team. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling with a specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology at Boston University.
