I’m a driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination, technical operations, and team management across academic, clinical, and tech environments.
At UC San Diego’s NEATLabs, I am leading a clinical Neurofeedback project, training interns, scheduling participants, and coordinating with healthcare professionals at the VA Hospital. This experience sharpened my skills in stakeholder communication, compliance, and cross-functional project execution.
Prior to that, I worked at Thermaltake Inc., where I conducted quality assurance and built computer systems for shipment. I also supported pro shop sales and customer operations at SGVBC, managing 200+ nightly entries and using tools like Mindbody for POS and data entry.
I'm passionate about bringing structure to complexity, supporting teams through detailed coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time. I’m actively seeking project management opportunities across various industries where I can contribute my coordination skills, operational mindset, and dedication to team success.
I’m excited to bring my skills and energy to a team where I can contribute to meaningful, well-executed projects. Let’s connect to contribute to project success together!
Motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in project coordination, customer operations, and technical quality assurance. Currently at NEATLabs, I am independently lading and managing the Neurofeedback research project, overseeing intern training, participant communication, and protocol adherence. I previously worked at Thermaltake where I refined my technical skills and operations testing through power supply testing, computer assembly, and quality control in compliance with California Energy Commission standards.
I started my work experience at the San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club, where I was responsible for managing high-volume customer operations, membership sales, and data entry, demonstrating efficiency and frontline problem-solving.
Combining a background in clinical research, tech operations, and customer-facing roles, I have the ability to multitask, adapt, and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams. I am actively seeking opportunities where I can leverage this diverse skill set to support and grow within project management roles.
