I am a legal and business professional currently pursuing an LL.M. at Northeastern University, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. With a strong background in corporate law, litigation support, and financial markets, I have experience in legal research, contract analysis, and post-judgment interest calculations. I am particularly interested in Blue Sky Law and securities regulations, aiming to bridge the gap between legal compliance and financial markets.

My goal is to become a patent and securities attorney, combining my legal expertise with my passion for innovation and investment strategies.

As a Paralegal at Shapiro, Croland, Reiser, Apfel & Di Iorio, LLP, I manage corporate governance, entity compliance, SEC filings, and trademark applications.

Previously, as a Junior Associate at CMS Albania, I handled IP portfolios, legal due diligence, and cross-border compliance. My background also includes banking and investment law, supporting regulatory compliance and contract analysis.

I am currently pursuing an LL.M. at Northeastern University. I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Law, with a focus on corporate law, and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, with coursework in law, accounting, and legal research. Additionally, I earned a J.D. in Albania.
