I have over 25 years of experience in information technology, and I have consistently stayed ahead of the technology curve, designing and implementing cutting-edge technology systems and projects. The technology skills I have acquired on the job, combined with my Master's Degree in IT and 20-plus years of experience working in higher education, have given me the unique ability to bridge the communication gap between technical professionals and educators. I have over 20 years of Senior-level experience managing IT operations and leading infrastructure projects, including monitoring and managing hardware, software, licenses, contracts, and projecting future needs.

I have over 15 years of experience managing personnel and budgets. I have over 25 years of experience designing courses and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS). The skills I have acquired through formal training and on-the-job experience make me an expert in instructional design, LMS administration, training development and delivery, and e-learning.

I have over 25 years of experience in teaching and training. My success as an instructor can be attributed to my knowledge and understanding of both learning and teaching styles, as well as my strong aptitude for learning and understanding new technical content, and conveying that knowledge to others with less technical aptitude in a way they can understand.
