Experience

Environmental Services - Tech Level 2 at St Luke's Hospital (2023-01 – 2026-06)

At EVS my title was tech level 2, working in different positions throughout the week, running certain machines cleaning and maintaining the floors throughout the building, collecting hazardous materials to cleaning carpets on other hospital areas. I would always follow my schedule and instructions from my supervisors in a day to day basis.

Store Manager/District Manager at AutoZone (2001-11 – 2021-06)

I was initially hired as a parts sales manager, and due to management background and great customer service I was promoted to store manager 10 months later. For the next 14 years I was promoted and challenged to run bigger stores, higher volume, with commercial programs, all the way to run a hub store. Along the way while running great looking stores, hitting record sales via execution of KPI's, company's programs and promoting team work I was the recipient of 2 Doc Crane, 3 Presidents club and 1 Manager of the year Awards.

At this point I was promoted to become a District Manager for the next 4 years, overseeing from 14 to 19 stores (depending on the situation). District was always on top 3 in overall KPI's rankings and for 2 years even though we were not the highest commercial volume we were the highest in total profit. At this point I decided to step down to store manager position and months later requested my transfer from San Diego to Boise Idaho, where I was welcome.
