Operations executive with 25+ years leading manufacturing, commercial printing, and garment decorating operations — automatic and manual screen printing, DTF, embroidery, DTG, heat-press/specialty decoration, and large-format printing — from the press floor to the P&L. Runs a production floor the way a Production Manager is expected to: daily scheduling and prioritization, job flow from art/pre-production through setup, production, finishing, quality control, and packing/shipping, first-piece approval discipline, equipment maintenance and uptime, and inventory of garments, ink, thread, film, and packaging — while also holding the top-to-bottom production depth (pre-press, mesh counts, curing chemistry, equipment layout, capital planning) and senior people-leadership ability that few candidates in this industry combine. A true "team whisperer" who builds cross-department harmony between art, production, shipping, and sales, the exact friction points that cost a growing shop the most in missed deadlines, reprints, and turnover.
Delivered sustained 25–50% productivity gains across five organizations through Lean, Kaizen, 4DX, 5S, and ground-up SOP development, with a track record of driving on-time delivery, minimizing misprints and reprints, and keeping the floor clean, organized, and audit-ready. Equally effective owning the shop floor day-to-day or operating as second-in-command with full P&L, multi-shift workforce, and safety-compliance accountability.
Owns the floor the way the role demands: when production falls behind, identifies why and fixes it; when quality slips, corrects the process; when equipment causes downtime, gets it addressed; when employees need direction, provides it — building a department that is organized, measurable, scalable, and dependable.
