I am an experienced educator with over 13 years in the field, deeply committed to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive school environments. I hold two master’s degrees; one in Educational Leadership and another in Special Education, which have prepared me to lead with both compassion and compliance. I’ve worked extensively with students with disabilities, developed effective IEPs, and collaborated with teachers and families to ensure student growth. I currently serve on school planning and support teams, always bringing a solutions-oriented and equity-driven mindset. I speak Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, which allows me to communicate effectively with multilingual families and build stronger home-school connections. In addition to my professional experience, I’m a disciplined NPC athlete; committed, focused, and resilient, both in the gym and in leadership. I’m passionate about creating accessible, supportive learning environments, and I’m excited about the opportunity to serve as a Special Education Supervisor and make a meaningful impact.

I hold two master’s degrees that directly support my work in special education leadership: a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, which prepared me to lead school teams, manage programs, and ensure policy compliance, and a Master of Arts in Special Education, which deepened my expertise in individualized instruction, IEP development, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. This educational foundation has equipped me to effectively supervise special education services and advocate for equity and inclusion across school settings.
