I wrote up contracts with branch managers of BNP as well as customize support packages with other banks in the greater Paris region. I used a customer first approach when interacting with the customer. The contracts were sold as subscription packages with expiration.
I provided on-site support for enterprise customer and virtual support for commercial customers. I sold training packages, installation packages, and support hours. I provided on-site support for ATMs including troubleshooting, installation, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and replacement services
