I'm a seasoned customer service specialist, marketing & tech support personnel. In my nearly 12 years of work experience, I've worked with various companies, mostly in related fields. And, everywhere I worked I have always been noted for my dedication, integrity, and work ethics.
I have experience working in technological companies such as Dish Network, & AT&T - where I learned about satellite television, satellite internet, mobile phone and mobile data, Wi-Fi data for home and businesses. I also learned about different types of billing systems, troubleshooting via tech support software, how to provide solid customer service, as well as, how to upsell on pretty much every single call.
The work that I did at gas stations when I was in Florida taught me how to handle face to face customers who might be severely angry and escalated. I trained myself to be an assistant manager because I felt the need to have some skills in management. Ultimately, it is one of my goals to be in leadership positions in the near future.
I feel that after 12 years of service I have gained sufficient experience to build others up. However, I do understand that there's always a process ,and I'm always coachable, always willing to learn and is ready to adapt to any situation.
I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Oklahoma State University. I'm about 30 credits shy of my graduation. I pray and hope that by the end of 2023 I will be able to finish my graduation.
