I’ve been out of the workforce while focusing on raising my family and would love to find a remote, position to help fill that void
I've been employed in mostly customer service and data entry oriented positions in the past, the vast majority of them were in a call center environment. I've worked at Protection One, PFS (PepsiCo Food Systems), Kansas One Call (the call before you dig utility line marking service) VoiceStream (now T-Mobile), Convergys, and Dean & DeLuca and enjoy working one on one with customers via phone, chat and email. With my knowledge and experience I believe that I would have a positive influence and a valuable member of the team.
I graduated cum laude with a BA in 1999 from Wichita State University
