As a client representative, I monitor and deliver the New Kansas City International Airport Terminal with the Project's garage parking building, landside, and airside area.
- Managing ongoing assessment and evaluation of airport, utility, airline stakeholders, and aviation authority requirement implementation, evaluation, and recommendation for proposed substitutions or alternates during construction.
- I monitor contractor multidisciplinary design/BIM compliance with the Basis of Design and construction development activities, assuring expediency & continuity of production to deliver approved budgets & schedules objectives.

As a Head of the Engineering Department, I directed the design engineering documentation and successfully delivered the Al Qassar Metro Stations construction as part of a multi-billion project.
- Managing teams of over 50 internal and consultant personnel throughout multidisciplinary design/BIM and construction activities, assuring expediency & continuity of delivery objectives for approved budgets & schedules.
- Support the management of the program for minimizing the impact of design & construction-related risks & claims, client liaison, handling contract negotiations, project scopes, delivery schedules, budgets, and fees.

- Coordinated pre-construction & periodic review and evaluation of consultant's & contractor's performance. Review contractor’s schedules against the master project documents and monitor performance, assuring completion on time & within budget.
- Facilitate optimum utilization of company resources, assuring achievement of program objectives related to design delivery by managing/participating in in-house technical reviews of shop drawings and specifications of materials.

- Reviewed subcontract documents and coordinated with subcontractors for fulfilling contractual obligations in coordination with civil, structural & MEP engineers and landscape architects, assuring completion on time and within approved budgets.
- Led, Supervised, and mentored a 30-member team providing comprehensive technical support to projects, solving queries & evaluating the performance of team members, and prepared Fire & Life Safety Code analysis as per IBC & NFPA.
