I have spent the past ten years working in international development and foreign assistance for a leading USAID contractor. I am looking to leverage my skills in operations, human resources, organizational efficiencies, government contracts, and project management to pivot to another industry. I am passionate about tackling the world's most complex problems in far-reaching parts of the globe (most of my professional experience is in conflict-affected zones).

My current role as Operations Director of the Global Health Division at Chemonics International, encompasses strategic leadership and comprehensive operations management, including talent acquisition, financial oversight, and performance optimization. As Chief of Staff to the divisional Senior Vice President, I collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure our project and divisional performance align with corporate strategic goals, driving forward global health advancements and stability in conflict-affected regions. I directly supervise a team of five responsible for spearheading initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and impact.
Prior to my current role, I have held operations and project management positions in Chemonics' West and Central Africa & Haiti business unit and in the Chemonics Office of the CEO since 2016. I also spent two and a a half years based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, as a grants and subcontracts specialist overseeing a $16M USD portfolio of USAID funded activities. My proficiency in grants and contracts management to maintain compliance with U.S. government regulations remain instrumental in my current role and demonstrate my analytical skills that can be leveraged across any sector.
Prior to working at Chemonics, I spent one year employed at RTI International as a Research Associate for governance and economic development (2015-2016).
I hold a double B.A. in International Affairs & French from the George Washington University.
