I am a people person with much experience in customer service. Being bilingual has helped where as you always encounter someone needing assistance and they don’t know the language. I have more than 25+ years working with customers face to face and remotely. My past employment have been retail, office setting, an alarm company remotely and health insurance remotely as well.
With over 25 years of customer service remotely and not remotely, I have gained much experience handling customers inquiries pertaining to their purchase or if not their bill or produc information.
My most recent education was at Coral Gables Adult Education Center where I studied all what is necessary in an office setting. Ex. Answering calls, data entry, organizational skills and interacting with customers and employees.
