I have worked to ensure that NAMISF programs are culturally competent and in native languages that folks understand.

I work with NAMSF to support people with mental illnesses and their families by helping them find the coping mechanisms for their daily struggle with brain disorders.Educate people who have a mental illness, their families, and the general public about mental illness with the goal of dispelling ignorance and stigma. One on one interviewing around Harm Reduction ,as a quantitative research interviewer, I conducted structured, closed-ended surveys to collect numerical data, often using pre-set questionnaires to minimize bias. The population I was working with was unhoused and underhoused folks.
