Majority responsible for all tellers sales daily weekly and monthly reports closely monitoring follow ups coaching opportunities io obtain new clients and maintain existing clients by strengthening professional relationships. Been with Sovereign, S I Bank & Trust, Independence Bank, Santander, and Bank of America. I have gone thru 3.mergers at one location for 8 years then another 4 years same area Lakewood Madison. Worked my way up to management after first 2years.Highly trained in Sales Compliance and over all customer service excellence maintenan retention while building new relationships with a personal but professional touch.
