- Engage and maintain new contract manufacturing partnerships for Kenvue by researching and engaging with national & global contract manufacturers which have contributed to new business opportunities for Kenvue
- Owned launch of 7 Neutrogena sunscreen products & 5 Neutrogena makeup products into the USA market including the viral Neutrogena Lip Oil for the USA market
- Managed Marketing roles such as artwork creation/approval, analyzing the competitor landscape across makeup mass and prestige markets, and creating a library of competitive skin care and makeup claims as a grow assignment outside the immediate R&D category
