My name is Stefanie Bias-Klenk. For over the past 10+ years I have not only assisted staff, faculty, and students through all aspects of their educational needs, but also helped to manage a successful insurance agency. I feel that my combined education and experience in several leadership roles has helped me to become a great problem-solver, and has allowed me to improve on my communication, and service skills.
With having a strong customer service background and the ability to demonstrate, and nurture relationships with effective communication I have been able to lead my team to excellence.
