Ive worked atthe San Sebastian festivals with thousand of patrons in San Juan, PR as FOH manager and BOH line cook Smoke It and More Cigar Bar.
Ive worked at Maman Wynwood, Miami, Fl as a pastry cook in the commisary kitchen that caters to 10 location though out South Florida.
