I have spent the last seven years in oil and gas, as well as a Life coach part-time. I have worked with the whole team, learning all the ins and outs to support the company. I am great with numbers, analyzing, and putting documents together.
I am a problem solver. I work well as a team and on my own. I adapt to change and am open to learning new technology and rules that the company may need. I worked with HR in helping with timesheets and payroll.
I worked very closely with the CFO to close the month's revenue and make sure the invoices were submitted to the customer or accrued for the month. I worked closely with the Sales team by keeping up with their revenue, invoice customers, and data input, and I worked directly with our vendors.
