Over the past nineteen years, I have developed a thorough understanding of dental insurance policies, claims adjudication, and the nuances of billing and CDT coding. In my role at Boca Raton Periodontics, I was responsible for reviewing and processing dental claims, ensuring they were accurate and in compliance with both insurance guidelines and state regulations. My ability to quickly assess and resolve discrepancies has led the office to a large percentage of reduction in claim denials and increased timely payments processing.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have honed excellent communication skills, working closely with both patients and healthcare providers to clarify coverage questions and resolve claim disputes. My proactive approach to problem-solving and my dedication to staying up to date with industry changes have been integral to my success in managing complex dental claims.

In my spare time I love to workout at Orange Theory Fitness and attend yoga classes. I am a passionate baker and love spending quality time with my family.
