I’ve worked in hospitality for nearly 20 years, and have experience working in nearly all FOH positions. I focused more on full-time management after Covid.
Restaurant Manage/Beverage Manager with experience in high volume concepts ranging from fast casual to fine dining. In Santa Monica I was a FOH Manager and Beverage Manager at Water Grill, and I am currently the Beverage Manager of Blue Plate Taco. I have a keen attention to detail and a strong desire to lead by example. Before getting into management full-time, I was a bartender for 10 years in primarily casual establishments.
Studied at University of Kentucky for a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, and ultimately decided Hospitality was my calling.
