Fast-paced front-of-house work at a busy and often understaffed college dining hall. Constantly customer-facing and multi-tasking, I was expected to take initiative in whatever tasks needed doing, so I quickly became well-acquainted with the many, many moving parts of the establishment. Developed excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, meeting unexpected customer requests and constantly adapting to new situations.
