I am a client-focused operations professional with experience in real estate support, property management, retail customer service, and nonprofit leadership. I have served as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinated real estate transactions, managed contracts and compliance documents, maintained CRM systems, and supported marketing efforts.

In property management, I handled tenant and owner communications, coordinated maintenance and vendors, maintained lease documentation, and tracked service requests. As a nonprofit chapter president, I lead community outreach, organize workshops and events, assist participants with enrollment and financial literacy resources, and manage fundraising and grant efforts.

I attended Inver Hills Community College, where I completed coursework supporting my foundation in business and communication. In addition, I have completed training in real estate compliance, home improvement, money management, and computer analytics.
