I have been working from home since COVID. I work in the healthcare industrial and roadside dispatching handling inbound and outbound calls. In the healthcare, I review claims that has not paid and assist customer with unpaid bills to find a resolution by arranging payments, submitting appeals to insurance and posting payment and making detail notes with call to action.
In the dispatching, I handle inbound and outbound calls assisting vehicle owners with disablement cars, scheduling services such as tire changes, battery jump or Tows and other services.
Provide service to customer who need help due to their distressed motorists to get their disabled vehicles back on the road or into garages for repair. I contact customers for payment non contracted providers to provide services.
I have had 2years certified Roadside Assistance Agent and 10 years of Insurance Collection experience.
