I currently hold a Property Managers License in the state of South Carolina. I have my Notary stamp as well. I started off with a small family business as a site manager and love it so much I decided to go get mu License and move up the ranks.
I have been in property management since 2018, I have worked as a site manager, as well as a regional manager. I have had 6 communities under my supervision, totaling 295 units, 191 of them being senior citizen communities and 104 of them being multi family.
I completed the Property Managers class in 2022 and passed the exam that year as well.
