I am a HPCSA registered Psychometrist and hold an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology. My experience spans psychological assessment, recruitment, operations, and compliance-focused environments, with a strong interest in applying psychology within organisational settings. Alongside my psychometric background, I have gained exposure to the UK public sector and built a working understanding of various HR, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
