I've been in the Financial industry for over 19 years working for Nedbank as a back office administrator. Before that some secretarial work and currently I am Sales and Technical Administrator for Alarm Security company based in Parow.
Current Duties Attended to Sales Rep calendars for appointments
Dealing with all contracts, capturing of client information on the system
Uploading scanned contracts and supporting documentation on Dropbox
Update internal database with all relevant information and statuses.
Creating leads for Reps for the appointments
Liaising with ADT vetting for approval and AD OTC for ADT customer codes
Capturing all customer details from ADT to EXCEL
Normal day to day filing
Booking of Alarm installations and Service calls to technicians
Follow ups with clients.
Dealing with suppliers (IDS) for Alarm Equipment orders
Assisting and resolving Branch and Client queries
Previous duties Worked for Nedbank Home Loans for over 19 years in all the relevant departments JOB PURPOSE To administer and maintain a portfolio of new and existing loans, to deliver excellent external and internal client service. Key Performance Areas Client Satisfaction

To effectively deal with all bank clients at various levels, make sound recommendations and escalate matter as appropriate.
